The First meeting of the Club development plan took place last Saturday in the clubhouse. It was Chaired by Donal Fitzgibbon of Mungret GAA club, Limerick, who specialises in development plans for clubs.

Those present at the meeting had an opportunity to discuss the important elements of the club going forward.

Working groups were established to further look into these areas and report back for the next meeting in April.

The 5 main areas were:

1-Coaching and Underage

2- Club Structure and Admin

3- Club Finance/Fundraising

4- Club Facilities Indoor/Outdoor

5- Club PR, communication and Culture

If you have an interest in developing any of the above areas, there is still plenty of time to have your say!
