The AGM for Doonbeg Football Club took place in the clubhouse at 5pm on Sunday 16th December. There was approximately 18 members present for the meeting. After addressing the meeting the outgoing Chairman, John Smith informed the meeting he would not be standing for re-election. There were no nominations going forward for Chairperson. Our outgoing Treasurer Michael Neenan also informedthe meeting he too would also not be standing for re-election. Other positions were filled as outlined below. Details for new nomination forms are listed below.
Hopefully when can have all positions filled at the next meeting in Janurary.
I would like to thank all the outgoing officers of the club and the work and commitment they showed throughout the year. To the incoming officers,I wish them a very successful and prosperous 2019 season.
Finally I would like to wish all our members a Happy and Safe Christmas and a Happy New Year.
